All reservations must be guaranteed on a major credit card at the time of reserving a room. 50% of your total balance due will be charged at the time of booking, and the other 50% is charged at the time of your arrival.
We do not accept cash.
A daily resort fee of $35, plus tax, will be added to your nightly rate. This fee includes a continental breakfast, in-room coffee service, complimentary WiFi, Frette robe, pool towels, and a welcome drink.
A $125 general deposit is charged at the time of check in. This deposit is refunded the day of checkout minus any charges incurred during your stay.
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 pm and check-out is anytime before 11:00 am. Late check out MAY be applied as an extra fee and must be approved by hotel management.
Smoking Policy – Pink Palm Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking inside the facility is subject to a $250 fee. Multiple violations may result in a cancellation of the remainder of your stay.
We will store your luggage without any additional cost. This offer applies to both check-in and check-out for all guests. Any luggage left with the hotel must be claimed within a 8-hour window.
We are an adults only hotel, prohibiting any guests under the age of 18.
Room capacity – All rooms can only accommodate 2 people max to provide a more comfortable experience. All rooms have a different layout and décor.
Noise Complaint Policy – Please be aware that any noise complaints will result in a warning. Any complaints that come after the initial warning will subject you to a $550 fine.
Pet Policy –
Dogs are allowed in designated rooms only, designated rooms can be found on our website, or for better understanding please call +1 340 – 715 – 7760 for arrangements to secure a Dog-Friendly room. Dog Friendly accommodations will not be guaranteed without direct verification with the property.
We allow one dog per room, must be under 50 pounds and well-behaved.
A non refundable $110 pet fee will apply to the reservation.
Please be advised that although we do allow dogs at our hotel but they are NOT allowed to be left in the room unattended at any point during your stay. All dogs must be kept on leash when in the common areas.
Leaving your dogs in your room unattended may subject you to a $150 fine.
Please be aware this is a Dog Friendly hotel only. We do not allow any other pets or animals.

Cancellation: Guests must cancel by 3 PM EST at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of your prepaid deposit.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in date will result in a 100% charge of the room total – including taxes and fees.
Early Departure of any kind does NOT guarantee a refund of any kind.
We realize that cancellations are sometimes beyond your control – For this reason we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
“No Shows” reservations are subject to a 100% nonrefundable payment of total room charge.
